    IS TRAINING A MYTH?

    This topic seems to be as controversial as talking about the dangers of the microwave oven. Why is the fitness industry one of the biggest industries after Big (p)Harma and The AGRI business?

    In my opinion it has gone out of proportions… When I was a kid we had gymnastics 3 or 4 times a week at school. It was diverse. It grew your muscles in a natural way. Everything from running to skipping, playing different ball games, swimming, hiking in the forest etc. And we ate “real” food. No artificial GMO = Genetic Modified Organism crap. The food was made from real ingredients and cooked from scratch. We were really lucky.

    Today is a totally different ballgame. Gymnastics is nearly gone in schools, if you don’t go to schools that specialize in sports that is. Don’t get me wrong. I dooo promote working your body, but there is a fanatic element to it nowadays.

    Everything that is exaggerated becomes a toxin in your body, whether it’s training, playing video games, being on social media 24/7, eating candy, eating bread, smoking drinking, doing drugs, washing your hair 2 times a day, washing your car every day etc. Do you get my drift?

    If you look closer at body builders that have grown old, they look very unhealthy and worn out. A good example is Arnold Schwartzenegger. He has every possible mean to look like a million dollar baby, but hélas NO. It really doesn’t matter what you exaggerate. It becomes a toxin in your body. Then key is: BALANCE.

    Of course you shall move your body! But in a balanced way. A way that builds up your body instead of slowly breaking it down, AND for the right reasons. The right reason being what you love or like what you do. If you don’t love it or like it, it will not be as beneficial for you as if you enjoyed it.

    So ask yourself what heightens your spirit! Is it running, skipping, playing tennis, squash, paddling in a canoe, SUP=stand up paddling on a paddle board, skiing, water skiing, swimming, work-outs, yoga, Pilates, stretching, lifting weights etc. etc.

    In my opinion walking is phenomenal as is intermittent training. It doesn’t wear and tear your muscles. It builds muscles and strength. 10 min 3 times a week is enough to get lean muscles with intermittent training.

    That’s what we want, isn’t it?

    HELLO EVERYONE! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025!

    Are you a person having trouble surviving all the Xmas food you will be eating?

    There is an infinite choice of foods that make your mouth water during holidays like Christmas.

    But not all ingredients work together in your best interest…

    Christmas and Easter time is the time people end up mostly in the ER. How come?

    Because they have eaten too much of combinations that doesn’t work together…

    With that said, it means that you should not combine animal proteins with carbohydrates in the same meal. Something we teach all the year around at Bülow Clinic.

    So if you have ham or turkey on the table together with herring, salmon, sausages, mashed potatoes, Swedish meat balls with lingonberries, brown sauce with mashed potatoes, creamed cabbage, Janson’s temptation, rice à la Malta, rice porridge with an almond, ginger cookies, saffron buns, brown bread, you’re in trouble if you eat it all!

    Make good choices in what you eat, not only during the weeks but also for the holydays and weekends! If you go with the proteins, don’t take the mashed potatoes, the bread and the cookies. Sounds dull? I think ending up in the ER is far worse…

    1. Don’t forget to walk or exercise. It will help with digestion and you won’t feel as a “couch potato” if you have been over eating.
    2. Get enough sleep. When we sleep we rejuvenate our bodies and lose weight.
    3. Drink enough water every day.
    4. Have organic wines instead of Soda pops. Give the children ginger and lemon water instead of Coke etc.
    5. If you now have gained weight after Christmas and New Year celebrations…maybe, it’s time to “do a yearly service” on your body?

    Don’t forget that we digest over 70 metric tons of food in a lifetime. If you had a kitchen appliance that processed that amount of food, my guess is that you would have it serviced on a weekly basis.

    We are now talking about your body, that is planned to last for up to 100 years, and not a machine in the kitchen.

    Can it do that without service? Would it last for such a long time without cleaning the system from time to time? Well, that is for you to think about.

    WHY IS SLEEP IMPORTANT?

    Sleeping properly is one of the best things you can do for your health. How come? First of all, our brain consists of more than 1 liter/quart of blood. During our sleep, and only between 23-24 pm, the blood leaves the back of the brain to be purified in the liver. If we are physically or mentally active during this time, our body miss out on this. The liver doesn’t get enough blood to function properly and the blood sits in the back of the head and will not be cleansed, as it should. 

    Growth hormones peak at 23.00 h = 11 pm. IF you are asleep.

    During this time our oxygen levels drop by 8 % and our “deep sleep” is 3 times deeper than the deep sleep after midnight. The only time our growth hormones are released is during this time.

    In order for this to happen we need to go to bed around 10 pm. When we miss out on this deep sleep over time, our body gets overtired.

    When we are tired our brain can’t receive enough water, oxygen or amino acids and our immunity diminishes and our body is less likely to defend itself from bacteria, viruses and other microbes.

    And the less sleep you get, the fatter you become! Because it also impairs the body’s ability to use insulin properly…

    Have you ever heard about melatonin and serotonin? Melatonin is our “sleep hormone” and serotonin is our “wake-up” hormone.

    According to the Nurses Study 2006, the less melatonin we make during the night, the more likely it is that our cells (that actually should die and be replaced) will live beyond their natural life span and thus can become cancerous…

    Melatonin also triggers a nocturnal reduction of our body’s estrogen levels. If we have any night-light on, our melatonin levels drop and our estrogen levels won’t diminish, which is bad for estrogen dominant cancers like breast cancers amongst others.

    To cut it short; any sliver of light disrupts the production of melatonin. 

    So throw out your mobile phone and your clock from your bedroom! And have some heavy curtains that blocks the light completely. 

    By constantly being exposed to light during nighttime, the light turns off the production of melatonin, thus promoting tumor growth. Even if you don’t fall asleep immediately you’ll get 90 % of the benefit of sleep just lying there with your eyes closed.

    If you have a sleep problem, it’s: 

    1) either your body clock that is out of sync with the circadian rhythm, or 

    2) you have too much toxins in your body, or 

    3) you have been eating too late before bedtime, or 

    4) you have been eating very heavy food wrongly combined. So, don’t eat 4 hours before going to bed. 

    It’s important to wake up at approximately the same time in the morning. Why?

    Because if you wake up too late, which is after 6-7am, your waste in your body backs up in your system. This goes for your fecal matter that backs up in your colon, your urine backs up into your kidneys and the sweat into your skin. 

    That is why it’s vital to take a shower in the morning. Otherwise the debris from your sweat will re-enter your skin and enter into your lymph system and your blood stream.

    When you sleep late at night, or wake up too late in the morning, your liver is unable to remove toxins from your blood.

    The serotonin, your “wake-up” hormone, is produced when the daylight comes and has its peak at noontime, or if you workout or eat sugar! That’s why you shouldn’t workout or eat sugar in the evening. ☺

    Interestingly enough the serotonin is manufactured in the digestive system by 95%, and only 5 % in the brain. Maybe now we can understand the importance of eating well…?

    As daylight diminishes, your serotonin is automatically broken down into melatonin.

    IS IT POSSIBLE TO REVERSE DIABETES-2

    November is the Diabetes Awareness Month. Do you know that diabetes has skyrocketed 71 % between 1990-2013 in the US? And between 2001-2009 a 30% increase in children…

    That really tells us something is v e r y wrong…

    The good news is that you can reverse the symptoms by learning how to eat. It’s funny though that we have to learn how to eat!

    So far I have had 19 people at the Clinic that successfully reversed their symptoms and are free of medications.

    NUMBER 1: Eat the right kind of foods

    It never ceases to amaze me what they serve kids in hospitals who are diagnosed with diabetes.

    When you open the refrigerators they are stacked with FUN LIGHT and other LIGHT products.

    The hospital staffs inform the parents and the kids that they can “live as usual”. They even recommend in their brochures that the kids should eat donuts, muffins, Frostie’s, potato chips and Mac and cheese! In my world this is criminal.

    The best foods you can eat when you have gotten diabetes are:

    FRUITS:  Yes, you can eat fruits, especially berries like cranberries, cherries, black currant, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries. Apples, grape fruits, kiwis, papayas, oranges, lemons, limes are just fine too. All fruits contain phytonutrients called anthocyanins.

    The conventionally grown foods are devoid of nutrients, so I always recommend supplementing with Juice Plus+ to fill the gap of what we eat and what we need per day in terms of nutrition.

    VEGGIES: All veggies, but leafy greens are especially good. Like spinach, kale, Pak Choy, all cabbage like broccoli, cauliflower, parsnips, carrots, lettuce etc. etc. They are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients that the body needs

    ONIONS: Onions and garlic are full of chromium for one thing, which is a regulator of blood sugar levels.

    LEGUMES: They are full of fiber and vegetarian proteins. I’m talking about all kind of beans, chickpeas and lentils

    FISH: Wild caught salmon and cod are very beneficial. They contain omega-3 fatty acids that are vital for maintaining healthy insulin levels.

    SPICES: For instance cinnamon; It is known to regulate blood sugar levels.

    NUMBER 2:

    How to combine the foods are KEY

    NEVER mixanimal proteins like meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese and dairy with carbs like potato, rice, pasta or bread in the same meal.

    If you want animal protein, eat it with salads, veggies and mushrooms.

    If you want carbs, eat it with salads, veggies and mushrooms.

    FATS: Real fats like organic butter, real organic cold pressed olive oil, avocado oil, organic cold pressed coconut oil, Ghee, which is clarified butter.

    NUMBER 3:

    Stay away from these foods

    All refined carbs: like soda pops, breakfast cereals, pasta, white breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, donuts, snack chips, crackers and white rice. They aren’t called fast carbohydrates for nothing. What that means is that the glucose creates surges of blood sugar in your bloodstream that spikes very fast and plummets as fast.

    Artificial sweeteners: They are a scourge! MSM convinces us that it is healthy for us! No sugar! Zero sugar! They are e x t r e m e l y dangerous. You have probably heard of Aspartame?

    It is converted into wood alcohol when broken down…

    According to researchers they can cause Alzheimer’s, Fibromyalgia, Epilepsy, Brain tumours, Parkinson’s, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

    NUMBER 4:

    How you can help the body more

    • Cleanse your body from the inside twice a year. You are probably very good at changing oil and filter in your car? So why don’t you give your body the same attention?
    • Take probiotics. It is the good bacteria in your gut. We have too little of them.

    SEMAGLUTIDE

    THE NEW SAVIOR ON THE WEIGHTLOSS MARKET! HALLELUJAH! Everyday new miraculous weightloss programs appear on the market, popping up like mushrooms…none better than the other…

    Why are people so gullible and lazy nowadays? Why don’t they investigate things before they jump right in? In this age of information you must be a special kind of ignorant not to do the research. Are people really that brainwashed?

    In this case taking a shortcut is a “longcut” in the end. Trust me. There are no shortcuts in life. They are going to bite you in the ass before you know it.

    So what does this, allegedly, wonder shot do for you?

    It is something called a semaglutide. Semaglutide’s main role is to mimic GLP-1 RAs in our body. GLP-1Ra stands for Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists.

    It plays a role of reducing blood sugar levels by increasing the insulin production and is interacting with parts of the brain responsible for regulating your appetite.

    It stimulates the release of insulin from the pancreas after meals to lower the blood sugar. But if you eat unhealthy you will end up with insulin resistance in the long run, which is the precursor of diabetes.

    DO YOU NEED A BIG BREAKLFAST TO TAKE YOU THROUGH THE MORNINGS? A MYTH

    Nothing could be further from the truth actually. As a matter of fact it’s detrimental for you if you tend to eat what most people eat. What do most people eat?

    In the Western hemisphere breakfast most likely consists of: coffee or tea, orange juice (from a bottle), yoghurt, muesli, some berries or fruits in it, a croissant, toast with cheese, marmalade, ham and maybe some eggs as well.

    Let’s break this down. Coffee or tea fine. Orange juice from a bottle comes from concentrate, which makes the body very acidic. Yoghurt mixed with muesli is protein and carbohydrates together.

    Fruits and berries in the yoghurt spoil it all. Bottom line is that mixing a lot of “foodstuff” in the same meal is very energy depleting.

    Why is that? Because it takes a lot of energy to try to break down the breakfast that won’t be broken down properly anyhow. When we wake up in the morning we have charged our body’s energy during the night. Let’s say it’s 100%. The same thing you do with your mobile, you charge it during the night and in the morning it has 100% battery. During the day you decide which telephone calls you will waste the battery on. Sometimes you have 5% left in the evening and sometimes you have 45% left in the evening.

    Same thing goes for your body. When you combine the food the wrong way according to the body, you waste a lot of energy.

    BUT if you eat only fresh fruits in the morning you hardly interfere with the process. The fruits start to be broken down in the mouth and it continues in the stomach for between 20-40 minutes, then it leaves the stomach. So do not go and exercise/train in the morning on a heavy BIG mixed breakfast. You will feel heavy and exhausted as your metabolism tries to break down the food. 

    Conclusion: Either you fast until lunchtime or you can eat a fruit salad in the morning.

    ESSENTIAL OILS – WHAT IS IT?

    Have you ever wondered what essential oils are and what to use them for?

    But first; did you know that a healthy body has a frequency ranging from 62 MHz to 78 MHz? Scientists have discovered that disease start at 58 MHz and downwards.

    For instance holding a cup of coffee lowers a person’s frequency by approximately 12 MHz in just 3 seconds. And it takes 3 days until it goes back up again. Scientists now can measure all the different frequencies, in everything!

    Negative thoughts lower your energy by 12 MHz and positive thoughts raise our frequency on average 10 MHz.

    So what has this to do with essential oils?

    Bruce Tanio, of Tainio Technology and head of the Department of Agriculture at Eastern Washington University, has developed a Calibrated Frequency Monitor (CFM) that has been used to measure the frequencies of essential oils and their effect on human frequencies when applied to the body. Essential Oils laboratory uses a CFM, and another is located at Johns Hopkins University where it is used to study frequency in relationship to disease.

    Dr. Royal Rife produced a machine that killed the cancer cells by sending the same frequency as the cancerous cell had into the diseased cells, thus collapsing the disease.

    Cancer starts when the DNA code within the cell’s nucleus becomes corrupted according to Immunologist Dr. Mahmoud Suhail. According to him certain essential oils have like a “re-set” button telling the cells what the right DNA code should be.

    Every Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil has its own frequency (like everything else in the universe). Roses have the highest with 320 MHz. And Frankincense has 118 MHz.

    But it has to be naturally pressed, like cold pressed coconut oil for instance. NOT synthetically derived…

    MAKING MONEY ON PEOPLE’S IGNORANCE

    What do I mean by that? 

    I mean that everywhere now there’s information, information and information. What and whom to trust?

    The only one you can trust really, is yourself. I always give my clients or patients a little tool they can use in every area. 

    That is: Do you get light or heavy from the information? No matter if you are listening to a TV program, reading a book or listening to someone.

    Feeling “light” means that your energy expands and that in turn means that it is true for you and your body. If you on the other hand feel “heavy”, it is your body telling you it is not true for you and your body.

    Just because 100 people have the same opinion and you don’t, doesn’t mean they are right and you are wrong. That is called consensus.

    ALWAYS listen to yourself! That is why I’m writing my third book. It is going to be called “Alive or Living?”

    Here comes an excerpt from the coming book:

    “When you wake up in the morning you have normally charged your nerve energy by 100%.

    The same goes for your mobile that you have charged over night. It has 100% battery in the morning.

    Then you decide which telephone calls you will waste the battery on. Right? Sometimes you have 30% left in the evening, sometimes 5%, depending on how many calls you wasted the battery on during the day.

    Same thing goes for the body. If you combine animal proteins like meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese together with fast carbs like potato, rice, pasta, bread or sugar in the same meal, maybe it will take 80 % of the body’s energy to try to digest it. And it will still not get digested properly… 

    The animal protein will start to rot and the carbs will start to ferment. Now the body only have 20 % energy left to the trillion things it does every day like producing 30-60 billions of new cells everyday, removing 30-60 billions of old cells, making hormones, cleansing the blood, making new pathways in the brain, you name it. 

    But when you start combining food the way the body wants you to do, it will reverse. So digesting the foods we eat that are combined the right way, will only take a little energy from the body, since it is the same juices that are at work. So now it will only take 20 % to break down the food instead of 80 %. Suddenly the body now has 80 % to do all the trillion things it needs to do everyday instead of only 20 % which it has had for maybe decades!

    Think of it as if you have a pile of papers that you have to go through during the day in the office. When the clock shows 5 pm you want to go home. You just have a little bunch left of the pile of papers so you say to yourself that you will do them the next day. But the next day you get the same amount of papers again and when the time is 5 pm again, it is time to go home. And this goes on and on every day…

    The result is that you get a bigger and bigger pile of papers even though you are going through the ones you get everyday. 

    The same applies to your body. If you don’t have enough energy left in the body, the debris piles up in your body. For some people for decades…and eventually you have created a disease…”

    THE MYTH ABOUT MILK

    THE MYTH ABOUT MILK – ”You have to drink a lot of cow milk to get calcium!

    How many times haven’t you been told how vital it is to drink milk? To get strong bones…? Nothing could be further from the truth.

    We are actually the only specie that starts to drink another specie’s milk when we are weaned off our mother’s milk, all in the name of strong bones! The countries with the highest osteoporosis=brittle bones and skeleton, are actually the countries that consume the most milk. That is; the Scandinavian countries and the US.

    When we are born, we are born with 2 enzymes that break down the milk sugar called lactose and the protein called casein. These enzymes are called lactase and renin. When we are between 3-5 years young the production of these enzymes stops. Why? Because we are not supposed to drink any more milk!

    Casein is furthermore the biggest content in the production of glue… You can imagine what happens in our intestines…

    Milk is very acid producing in our bodies. Since the body strives towards being alkaline and not acidic it neutralizes the acid with alkaline minerals. And guess what? It uses calcium to neutralize the acid, because calcium is an alkaline mineral!

    So instead of gaining calcium by drinking cow milk, you actually get rid of your calcium in your body.

    Think of it; where does the cow get her calcium? Human milk? Eating other animals? No! The cow eats grass and gets the calcium from that.

    The best sources regarding calcium come from: Dark leafy green vegetables, Brazil nuts, almonds, garlic, Chia seeds, flax seeds, unrefined sesame seeds, basil, parsley and thyme.

    And another important thing regarding milk is that it is pasteurized and homogenized. That means that the “living” milk is heated up to 170° C (338°F) “to get rid of bacteria”. So now the milk is dead instead. On top of that the homogenization process smashes the fat particles so it can travel in and out of the blood vessel walls, which is a precursor to “the hardening of the arteries”.

    We should never give milk to cats and hedgehogs, so one may wonder why it is fit for human consumption?

    The importance of drinking water cannot be stressed enough. As we know the body consists of 70 % water. Every little chemical reaction occurring in your body – needs water.

    Water transports the nutrients to the cells and transports toxins away from the cells. It makes up our saliva, humidifies the lining of the stomach, hydrates our intestines and lungs, etc. etc. But it’s important to know what kind of water we should drink… ​ If you live in the US, your tap water may be a total hazard. It’s more like a chemical soup. ​Everything from fluoride, soap residue, pesticides, cadmium, copper, arsenic, sulphuric acid, hormones, lead and chlorine…. The list can be made longer… But we think you get our point. Then there are inorganic minerals like iron, sulphur, calcium, magnesium, plaster and chalk, etc. etc. ​ In our opinion the best water we can drink is clean ionized water. And you can decide what pH you want your water to have. We think the best ionizer water machine on the market, is the Kangen water machine from Enagic. It has a whopping negative ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) number of minus 400, which makes the water a powerful antioxidant. The Kangen water is 6-16 times stronger than Vitamin C and 3-8 times stronger than green tea. ​

    The 3 most important properties of Kangen Water:

    1) It has a pH range from 2,5-11,5. The water you drink starts at 8.5 pH. When the bodies become more alkaline, it can repair itself, which it cannot do in an acidic environment. After 2-3 weeks you can enhance the pH to 9.0 and eventually drink 9.5 pH. The more alkaline, the more your body can cleanse itself. ​

    2) The effective antioxidant of minus 400 of ORP, means that it has the ability to eliminate free radicals, which in turn is responsible for 70 % of all diseases, including some types of cancer, diabetes and premature aging.     How much water should we drink per day? As a rule of thumb, between (0,5)-0,8-1 ounce/1 lb body weight. ​ Translated into pounds and gallons/day on average:

    Out of curiosity we would like to mention that the US started to use the 2.5 pH water to clean their prisons from 2002. It goes under the name “hypochlorous acid water” and is totally harmless to man. Can you imagine a world where everyone uses water to clean their home instead of all chemicals they use now?     Love is a choice

    LOVE IS A CHOICE. How can I say that? Falling in love, or being in love on the other hand, has obviously to with emotions, and we all know that they come and go. That’s why we can’t trust them entirely. Every person has the need on some level to feel needed, nurtured, being seen for who they are and being confirmed.

    But that’s not love. That is nurturing your self/ego. When you love yourself 100 % you can give all that to yourself. If someone else is also giving it to you, that’s a bonus.

    So what is love? And what does it mean to love? For me, love is the highest energy and power that unites the universe. It’s the glue that makes atoms, cells, people, galaxies and planets stick together. It’s the energy that unites everything that exists. Energy can never be destroyed, only being transformed, so since love is energy, it can only be transformed into something else.

    Love for me is letting another person be who he or she is. Not trying to change the person. It’s just total acceptance of what is. It doesn’t need to be persuaded or altered.

    Love doesn’t disappear even if we choose not to recognize it or feel it. Love is a power that is independent of us. It’s just there. Love is everywhere. What we chose to do with our love is entirely up to each and every one of us.

    Love never hurts; the interpretation of it may, if it’s unanswered. It’s in the eye of the beholder.

    You can always transform your love into another kind of love, one that doesn’t hurt, like a deep friendship. People come and go in and out of our lives for different reasons, some for a reason, some for a season and some for a lifetime. No matter what: we learn.

    HEARD OF COLLOIDAL SILVER?

    Symptoms

    I’ve been using it every day since I got back from the Caribbean in August. Normally when I come back to Europe, I get sick. It’s because of the different bacterial flora in different parts of the world.

    This time around I tested Colloidal Silver.

    I take 2 tbsp. in the morning and hold it in the mouth for a minute. It’s really a miracle that something so simple is good for almost everything!

    On top of that my skin becomes like sand paper grade 1 when in Sweden.

    I found a lotion called “Silverlotion” and after using it for 3 days only, my skin became soft again!

    Here comes a little selection of what it can do for us:

    1. Getting rid of UTI by drinking 2 tbsp. morning and night

    2. Helps healing wounds

    3. Helps itching when having chickenpox or shingles.

    4. Foot fungus. Put a gauze soaked in colloidal silver and keep it over night

    5. Spray it in your throat and nose when you feel a cold coming on

    6. Candida in the vagina. Either put a cotton ball soaked in the colloidal silver or/and spray it morning and night. 7. Ulcerous colitis. Take a big glass of water and add 1 tbsp. of colloidal silver. Drink it quickly. Then it will reach the intestines quicker than if you just take 1 tbsp. in the mouth and then swallowing it.

    7. Malaria

    8. Eyes, ears. Drop it in the eyes or ears. The pain goes away as well as the inflammation.

    9. Skin conditions like eczema. Spray your skin twice a day and let it dry.

    10. Acne

    11. Rosacea

    12. Psoriasis; spray the areas twice a day. If it’s really bad, take gauze and soak it in the CS and let it sit on the affected area during the night.

    13. Influenzas; to prevent them take 2 tbsp. a day, every day. It will only kill the bacteria, viruses and fungi that is too much.

    14. Winter vomiting disease

    What is a colloid?

    It is infinite small particles of ions of silver in a solution, normally in water. They form a chemical compound with the hydrogen and oxygen that the water consists of.

    A silver ion is a silver atom that has lost one electron and thus is converted into a positive charge.

    When manufacturing the solution, distilled water is used by reverse osmosis.

    When buying any colloidal solution, the standard is 10 ppm. That means that there is 10 mg of pure silver ions per 1 qt/liter. Translated into something more understandable is that every cubic millimetre of the solution contains several billions of silver ions.

    The silver ions neutralize fungi, virus, bacteria and also one-cell parasites.

    Nowadays our soil is depleted of silver, which wasn’t the case a decade ago. To reach as far down into the intestines, take a tbsp. of colloidal silver in a glass of water and drink it as quickly as possible. That is better than only taking 1 tbsp. in the mouth. It helps to take away bad bacteria in the intestines.

    If you take 6 tsp. a day, it will take you over 80 years to consume 10 grams of silver. That is 0.1 gram of silver per year. Interesting, isn’t it?

    In Sweden a laboratory study was conducted by a company called “Ion Silver”, that showed the elimination of MRSA; (Meticillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), between 4-8 minutes!

    IS TRAINING A MYTH?

    This topic seems to be as controversial as talking about the dangers of the microwave oven. Why is the fitness industry one of the biggest industries after Big (p)Harma and The AGRI business?

    In my opinion it has gone out of proportions… When I was a kid we had gymnastics 3 or 4 times a week at school. It was diverse. It grew your muscles in a natural way. Everything from running to skipping, playing different ball games, swimming, hiking in the forest etc. And we ate “real” food. No artificial GMO = Genetic Modified Organism crap. The food was made from real ingredients and cooked from scratch. We were really lucky.

    Today is a totally different ballgame. Gymnastics is nearly gone in schools, if you don’t go to schools that specialize in sports that is. Don’t get me wrong. I dooo promote working your body, but there is a fanatic element to it nowadays.

    Everything that is exaggerated becomes a toxin in your body, whether it’s training, playing video games, being on social media 24/7, eating candy, eating bread, smoking drinking, doing drugs, washing your hair 2 times a day, washing your car every day etc. Do you get my drift?

    If you look closer at body builders that have grown old, they look very unhealthy and worn out. A good example is Arnold Schwartzenegger. He has every possible mean to look like a million dollar baby, but hélas NO. It really doesn’t matter what you exaggerate. It becomes a toxin in your body. Then key is: BALANCE.

    Of course you shall move your body! But in a balanced way. A way that builds up your body instead of slowly breaking it down, AND for the right reasons. The right reason being what you love or like what you do. If you don’t love it or like it, it will not be as beneficial for you as if you enjoyed it.

    So ask yourself what heightens your spirit! Is it running, skipping, playing tennis, squash, paddling in a canoe, SUP=stand up paddling on a paddle board, skiing, water skiing, swimming, work-outs, yoga, Pilates, stretching, lifting weights etc. etc.

    In my opinion walking is phenomenal as is intermittent training. It doesn’t wear and tear your muscles. It builds muscles and strength. 10 min 3 times a week is enough to get lean muscles with intermittent training.

    That’s what we want, isn’t it?

    WHY REAL UNREFINED SEA SALT IS LOWERING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE…AND WHITE INDUSTRIAL SALT IS HEIGHTENING

    Have you ever wondered why the farmers always have a block of salt in the pastures?

    It’s because the animals would die if they didn’t get enough salt. The same thing goes for humans. The common recommendations are; drugs for humans and salt for the animals. Why is that?

    First a little background:

    Your body has the capacity to excrete 100 mg of salt per day. If you try to eat as much salt you can per day, it stops at 55 gram. After that you start to vomit.

    Your body regulates the salt surplus by itself. If you eat too much salt you get thirsty. The water dilutes the salt and you pee out the surplus so the sodium levels in your blood remains the same.

    On average you pee out between 9-18 grams of salt per day. Your salt intake should be at least 15 grams per day to maintain the right levels of sodium in the blood.

    “Livsmedelsverket” in Sweden recommends 5 grams a day… If you lose more than 20% of the salt in your body, which is equivalent to 50 grams of salt, you die.

    Not many die though, since we get salt in the food, but when it’s very hot outside or you are an athlete, an old person or a child you are at risk.

    Did you know that you get high blood pressure from having to little salt in the system?

    And not just any salt. The only salt that is good for us is the unrefined sea salt or the Himalayan salt. They have all the 80-90 minerals and trace minerals that our body needs.

    The more salt you eat, the lower your blood pressure gets.

    When studies are made on salt, they are done on a low intake of salt, like 3 grams vs. 6 grams. If they would have compared 3 grams vs. 30 grams instead, they would have gotten a totally different result, crushing the myth that salt causes high blood pressure…

    Research studies are designed to show the results that Big Pharma wants us to get. If a scientist would crush the myth and show what’s really going on, he wouldn’t get any more research money…

    So why is industrial salt a poison and the unrefined sea salt not?

    Refined salt is an inorganic compound and a poison to your body. During the refine process all the 80-90 minerals and trace minerals are eliminated.

    Refined salt contains sodium chloride, is treated with bleach to make it white and has a lot of detrimental compounds in it like; aluminum hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium ferrocyanide (E535) and potassium ferrocyanide (E536).

    Refined salt causes rheumatism, gout, kidney stones and gallstones.

    AND aluminum causes Alzheimer.

    My recommendations, especially during warm summer days are:

    1. Drink enough water. Around 2-3 liters/quarts a day. If you are sweating a lot, drink even more. 
    2. Add 15-20 grams of sea salt to your food or in the water. 
    3. Take cold showers now and then during the day 
    4. Try to keep your bedroom cool.

    Hello everyone!

    Are you a person having trouble surviving all the Christmas food you will be eating?

    There is an infinite choice of foods that make your mouth water during holidays like Christmas.

    But not all ingredients work together in your best interest…

    Christmas and Easter time is the time people end up mostly in the ER. How come?

    Because they have eaten too much of combinations that doesn’t work together…

    With that said, it means that you should not combine animal proteins with carbohydrates in the same meal. Something we teach all the year around at Bülow Clinic.

    So if you have ham or turkey on the table together with herring, salmon, sausages, mashed potatoes, Swedish meatballs with lingonberries, brown sauce with mashed potatoes, creamed cabbage, Janson’s temptation, rice à la Malta, rice porridge with an almond, ginger cookies, saffron buns, brown bread, you’re in trouble if you eat it all!

    Make good choices in what you eat, not only during the weeks but also for the holydays and weekends! If you go with the proteins, don’t take the mashed potatoes, the bread and the cookies. Sounds dull? I think ending up in the ER is far worse..

    1. Don’t forget to walk or exercise. It will help with digestion and you won’t feel as a “couch potato” if you have been over eating.

    2. Get enough sleep. When we sleep we rejuvenate our bodies and lose weight.

    3. Drink enough water every day.

    4. Have organic wines instead of Soda pops. Give the children ginger and lemon water instead of Coke (Julmust) etc.

    5. If you now have gained weight after Christmas and New Year celebrations…maybe, it’s time to “do a yearly service” on your body?

    Don’t forget that we digest over 70 metric tons of food in a lifetime. If you had a kitchen appliance that processed that amount of food, my guess is that you would have it serviced on a weekly basis.

    We are now talking about your body, that is planned to last for up to 100 years, and not a machine in the kitchen.

    Can it do that without service? Would it last for such a long time without cleaning the system from time to time? Well, that is for you to think about.

    THE BÜLOW PROGRAM; SO MUCH MORE THAN A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

    Now I have had my company Bülow Clinic for 10 years. Over these years I have experienced some amazing things happening to my patients/clients. Some have been patients with a lot of symptoms, diagnosis and medications. Others just wanted to loose the “right” kind of fat, which is the fat that sits in the places it didn’t sit from the beginning.

    She peed dark brown for a week and then it came back to normal. Every cell in our bodies has a cell memory and when the body came back to that weight it could release the toxins from her body.

    Another lady came to the weight she had when she divorced. So one morning when I called her she just cried. I asked her if this was the weight she had had when she divorced her husband, and she fell silent. 

    Then she said: – Yes, but I have been in therapy and educated myself into a counselor to deal with it. I thought I was over it.

    I said: – There are so many layers to go through and you weren’t through them all. To get the rest out of your system, throw cushions, pound the cushions, sit in the car and scream or go into nature and scream where nobody can hear you. Do this for a couple of days and it will disappear. 

    After three days it was gone.

    One man had severe back pains and had operated his back three times. Nothing really made it better. He went on my program because he had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I told him that his back would probably be ok too, but first he was going to feel worse. He didn’t believe me. Thank God I told him that. ☺ After 10 days he had such pain in the back that he could hardly move and sleep. It lasted for 1 week and then the pain stopped, for good. He could hardly believe it. His blood pressure and cholesterol levels became normal as well.

    Every person over 10 years has experienced the same thing. They got all their energy back.

    Since I talk to my clients/patients every weekday and we text each other over the weekends, I coach them in every area that they need. They will as well get an education of how their body functions. 

    The more curious you are, the more questions you ask, the more you will learn. But some people only want 5% of what I know so far, and others want 100% of what I know. So I don’t push my knowledge on people that hadn’t asked for it. That is an unkindness in my world.

    These are just some small examples of what happens when people go on the Bülow Program and it makes every day a miracle in my life to be able to help people to a healthier better life.

    CONTEMPORARY MYTHS – ”YOU HAVE TO DRINK A LOT OF COW MILK DRINK CALCIUM!”

    How many times haven’t you been told how vital it is to drink milk? To get strong bones…? Nothing could be further from the truth.

    We are actually the only specie that starts to drink another specie’s milk when we are weaned off our mother’s milk, all in the name of strong bones!

    The countries with the highest osteoporosis=brittle bones and skeleton, are actually the countries that consume the most milk. That is; the Scandinavian countries and the US.

    When we are born, we are born with 2 enzymes that break down the milk sugar called lactose and the protein called casein. These enzymes are called lactase and renin. When we are between 3-5 years young the production of these enzymes stops. Why? Because we are not supposed to drink any more milk!

    Casein is furthermore the biggest content in the production of glue… You can imagine what happens in our intestines…

    Milk is very acid producing in our bodies. Since the body strives towards being alkaline and not acidic it neutralizes the acid with alkaline minerals. And guess what? It uses calcium to neutralize the acid, because calcium is an alkaline mineral!

    So instead of gaining calcium by drinking cow milk, you actually get rid of your calcium in your body.

    Think of it; where does the cow get her calcium? Human milk? Eating other animals? No! The cow eats grass and gets the calcium from that.

    The best sources regarding calcium come from: Dark leafy green vegetables, Brazil nuts, almonds, garlic, Chia seeds, flax seeds, unrefined sesame seeds, basil, parsley and thyme.

    And another important thing regarding milk is that it is pasteurized and homogenized. That means that the “living” milk is heated up to 170° C (338°F) “to get rid of bacteria”. So now the milk is dead instead. On top of that the homogenization process smashes the fat particles so it can travel in and out of the blood vessel walls, which is a precursor to “the hardening of the arteries”.

    We should never give milk to cats and hedgehogs, so one may wonder why it is fit for human consumption?

    ARE YOU BUYING THE SUNSCREEN BLUFF?

    It’s summer time and the sun is shining. People go to the beach to enjoy the ocean and the sun. But what do they put on their skin? Tons of chemical sunscreens that actually causes skin cancer instead of protecting it.

    How come?

    We have been brainwashed since the -60ies that the sun is bad for us! But nothing could be further from the truth. In the beginning of the 1900s the sun was a cure for 165 different illnesses.

    So what changed? I would say BIG BUSINESS. There’s a lot of money in this business.

    Think of how many people buy them! That is huge amount of profit. We think “they” want to protect us, but actually the opposite is the truth.

    So what happens when you lather yourself with these chemical creams?

    First of all you have to know the difference between UVA and UVB rays.

    UVA is responsible for damaging our skin on a deep level of our skin. It is also responsible for damaging our collagen in the skin. But it’s actually the UVA that gives us the suntan, not the UVB. 

    When we use sunscreens that take away the UVB rays, it also takes away the redness of the skin, which actually is the body’s signal that we should not have more sun that day.

    Without sunscreens you would never get too much UVA since the skin starts to itch and get red when it had enough… 

    On top of that the sunscreens that block UVB also block the body’s ability to form vitamin-D!!! One of the reasons we should be in the sun is to accumulate vitamin-D, not get rid of it. Vitamin-D is one of the most important hormones (yes, it’s actually a hormone) that protect us from cancer! Not the other way around.

    Now I’m going to make a statement that goes against everything you’ve learnt…

    Stay in the sun at noontime! Between 11 am – 02 pm. At that time we are exposed to more UVB than at any other time of the day… It doesn’t mean that there isn’t any UVA at that time. It is! But the UVB peaks at that time. This is the time you get most of the vitamin-D.

    Don’t shower immediately after exposing yourself to the sun. Wait for a couple of hours. It takes the body 48 hours to absorb the vitamin-D fully.

    Food for thought

    Did you know that Hawaii has forbidden people to wear sunscreens on the beaches and in the ocean?? It destroys the coral reefs and pollutes the sea… NEVER put anything on your body that you cannot eat!!

    My recommendations to you

    1. Stay between 20-30 minutes a day in the sun without sunscreens!
    2. Stay in the sun according to your skin type. Build the suntan little by little.
    3. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables and drink water while being in the sun!
    4. Don’t drink alcohol, wines or sodas in the sun. The chemicals in them are reacting with the sun when you are sweating.
    5. Use natural skin protection like coconut oil, Shea butter or Aloe Vera.
    6. Put on a hat to protect your face, a shirt or trousers if needed. Cotton clothing provides around 15 SPF.
    7. Do your own natural sunscreen

    Coconut Oil Sunscreen:

    Ingredients:

    1 Cup of Coconut Oil

    1 Cup of Shea Butter

    1/2 Cup of Sesame Oil

    4 Teaspoons of Raspberry Seed Oil

    8 Tablespoons of Zinc Oxide Powder

    2 Teaspoons of Carrot Seed Essential Oil

    8 Tablespoons of Beeswax Granules (Not Block)

    Directions:

    Add your wax, coconut oil, sesame oil, and Shea butter together into a double boiler. Allow all of this mixture to melt and stir as you see fit. Once this is melted properly remove it from the heat and allow it to cool to about room temperature. Slowly mix in the zinc once this mixture is at the temperature it needs to be.

    From here you will need to put the bowl in the fridge and allow it to set for about thirty minutes until it is ready for you to whip. You should be able to tell from the softness. Using a mixer begin to whip the sunscreen while adding in the last oils that have not been used yet. Eventually, this will start looking like frosting and from here you merely place it in a jar and you’re done. Yes, it is that simple.

    And not just any salt. The only salt that is good for us is the unrefined sea salt or the Himalayan salt. They have all the 80-90 minerals and trace minerals that our body needs.

    The more salt you eat, the lower your blood pressure gets.

    When studies are made on salt, they are done on a low intake of salt, like 3 grams vs. 6 grams. If they would have compared 3 grams vs. 30 grams instead, they would have gotten a totally different result, crushing the myth that salt causes high blood pressure…

    Research studies are designed to show the results that Big Pharma wants us to get. If a scientist would crush the myth and show what’s really going on, he wouldn’t get any more research money…

    So why is industrial salt a poison and the unrefined sea salt not? 

    Refined salt is an inorganic compound and a poison to your body. During the refine process all the 80-90 minerals and trace minerals are eliminated.

    Refined salt contains sodium chloride, is treated with bleach to make it white and has a lot of detrimental compounds in it like; aluminum hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium ferrocyanide (E535) and potassium ferrocyanide (E536).

    Refined salt causes rheumatism, gout, kidney stones and gallstones.

    AND aluminum causes Alzheimer.

    My recommendations, especially during warm summer days are:

    1. Drink enough water. Around 2-3 liters/quarts a day. If you are sweating a lot, drink even more.
    2. Add 15-20 grams of sea salt to your food or in the water.
    3. Take cold showers now and then during the day
    4. Try to keep your bedroom cool.

    WHAT ARE STATINS ANYWAY?

    Millions of people all over the world are put on statins if they have elevated levels of cholesterol. But what most people aren’t aware of is that these levels have been lowered over the years, at least twice. Why is that? And a funny thing is that if you check your levels in the autumn, they are always higher than at any other time during the year.

    Well, if you are credulous, you think the doctors know more than you. But if we get a little skeptical, maybe it’s because the Big pHarma industry can sell more drugs?

    The body is the smartest thing we have. WHY would it jeopardize its health? There must be a reason. But allopathic medicine is not interested in reasons. They want to mask symptoms with drugs. 

    Your liver produce 75% of the cholesterol in your body. We get very little actually from food. We need cholesterol for a multitude of things in the body like fabricating all your hormones, synapses in the brain and as a Band Aid. What I mean with Band Aid is that the body feels there are inflammations going on in different places. The liver fabricates more cholesterol to cover the inflammation so the inflammation can heal from underneath. But since the person is not aware of having inflammations, he/she lives like he/she always has done. Thus, the inflammations don’t go away, they become worse and the body fabricates more cholesterol to cover it and the cycle repeats itself.

    When statins block the liver’s production of the cholesterol-making enzyme hydroxy-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMG-CoA reductase), they also cause a multitude of side effects, including muscle and joint aches, nausea, rash, headaches, constipation and diarrhea.

    But there are way worse side effects that could affect your health.

    Neurological Diseases 
    Many patients who take statins report memory loss, confusion, forgetfulness, amnesia and memory impairment, but the neurological damage caused by statins doesn’t end there. Some researchers have linked statins to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease, which is known for its poor prognosis and quick progression.   http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

    Heart Failure 
    If statins are supposed to help prevent heart problems, then why do the results of one research study indicate that patients who take statins have weaker heart function than those who do not?     Type 2 Diabetes 
    Diabetes contributes to the deaths of more than 230,000 Americans every year due to conditions ranging from heart disease to kidney failure. So why would you take a drug known to lead to the development of this disease? Statins have been connected with increases in fasting serum glucose levels and HbA1c. In fact, the risk is so significant that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has mandated a warning label regarding the connection between statins, increased blood glucose levels and diabetes.

    Statins don’t just increase your risk of diabetes in one way: they simultaneously increase insulin resistance while raising blood sugar. Alone, these issues are problematic. Together, they are potentially catastrophic and can result in everything from heart attacks to diseases including cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

    Liver Damage 
    The liver, which acts as the body’s filtration system, keeps the body running smoothly and free of toxins. Statins can cause increases in liver enzymes, putting users at risk for a variety of complications, such as jaundice, liver transplantation and death from acute liver failure. Not only that, but when a damaged liver is prevented from doing its job, it wreaks havoc on the functionality of the entire body.

    Kidney Failure 
    An extremely serious side effect known as rhabdomyolysis can be caused by statins. This condition involves the degeneration of muscle cells, kidney failure and death. While rhabdomyolysis most commonly occurs when statins react to other drugs, it can also happen on its own.

    So what can you do naturally? 

    Eat organic food as much as possible.

    Don’t eat processed food! Eat foods as nature intended.

    Eat the right combinations of food. With that I mean no animal proteins with fast carbs aka. No fish, dairy, meat or poultry together with potatoes, rice, pasta or bread! If you chose one or the other, eat vegetables and greens with it.

    Eat fresh fruits in the morning. NO sturdy breakfast!

    Move your body!

    Or go on my program.   Everyone that had elevated cholesterol levels at the beginning of the program, all had normal levels afterwards.

    My advice is to gather as much information you need before you decide IF you should take statins or any drug for that matter. You are the person deciding what should be done to your body! No one else!

    ESSENTIAL OILS – WHAT IS IT?

    Have you ever wondered what essential oils are and what to use them for?

    But first; did you know that a healthy body has a frequency ranging from 62 MHz to 78 MHz? Scientists have discovered that disease start at 58 MHz and downwards.

    For instance holding a cup of coffee lowers a person’s frequency by approximately 12 MHz in just 3 seconds. And it takes 3 days until it goes back up again. Scientists now can measure all the different frequencies, in everything!

    Negative thoughts lower your energy by 12 MHz and positive thoughts raise our frequency on average 10 MHz.

    So what has this to do with essential oils?

    Bruce Tanio, of Tainio Technology and head of the Department of Agriculture at Eastern Washington University, has developed a Calibrated Frequency Monitor (CFM) that has been used to measure the frequencies of essential oils and their effect on human frequencies when applied to the body. Essential Oils laboratory uses a CFM, and another is located at Johns Hopkins University where it is used to study frequency in relationship to disease.

    Dr. Otto Warburg, who got the Nobel Price twice, discovered that human cells have an electric voltage and that cancer cells can’t survive in an alkaline environment.

    Dr. Royal Rife produced a machine that killed the cancer cells by sending the same frequency as the cancerous cell had into the diseased cells, thus collapsing the disease.

    Cancer starts when the DNA code within the cell’s nucleus becomes corrupted according to Immunologist Dr. Mahmoud Suhail. According to him certain essential oils have like a “re-set” button telling the cells what the right DNA code should be.

    Every Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil has its own frequency (like everything else in the universe). Roses have the highest with 320 MHz. And Frankincense has 118 MHz.

    But it has to be naturally pressed, like cold pressed coconut oil for instance. NOT synthetically derived…

    The essential oil Frankincense is one of the most powerful essential oils to just do that, re-set the cells DNA.

    Cinnamon, thyme, chamomile and jasmine oils mostly destroy breast cancer cells. Thyme killed 97% of the MCF-7 cancer cells and chamomile killed 93%.

    A BASKET FULL OF LOCALLY GROWN FRUITS!

    Today I was invited to my good friend Federica here on the island. She and her husband has an organic farm and something called “Food Lab”. There she is experimenting cooking the most delicious raw, vegan dishes ☺

    I was treated with a “tagliatelle” à la vegan raw style. It was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten!

    The tagliatelle was made from the coconut jelly. That is when the coconut is fresh. The consistency is like jelly.

    She blends it so it’s like a smoothie together with a little juice from turmeric, pinch of sea salt, pinch of black pepper to enhance the turmeric, lemon zest and some of the lemon juice. 

    Then she smears it thinly on a sheet and puts it into a raw food dehydrator. Everything is dried on a very low temperature, no more than +42°C/+107,6°F. Preferably around +35°C/+95°F. It will probably take around12-15 hours to dry. Don’t forget to turn it around after 6-7 hours.

    Together with the tagliatelle we had freshly made pesto and some fresh edible flowers and fresh herbs. Instead of Parmesan she had made fermented nuts that actually tasted like cheese! Fascinating what you can do with food! The options are endless!!

    In October we are planning on having courses in how to “cook” raw foods and I’m holding lectures in food combing ☺ 

    On my way home I got a basket full of organic fruits! What a gift! 

    Tomorrow I will take a fruit day since it’s a lot of fruits! Papaya, mangoes, avocados (avocado is a fruit), pineapple, passion fruits, lemons, limes and star fruit.

    Can’t wait until tomorrow!

    THE NUMBER ONE IMPORTANT MINERAL NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT: MAGNESIUM

    This blog will be filled with facts, so be prepared with a notepad.

    Normally what we get to read about is how much we need Calcium. We need calcium for our bones, our teeth and for not getting osteoporosis. But what isn’t talked about is that Calcium (Ca) can’t do its work if you don’t have Magnesium (Mg). They work together and they are vital for the electrical transmission of muscular impulses!

    Mg is responsible for emitting Ca from the cells after it has done its work. If there isn’t enough Mg, the Ca builds up in the cells and cause calcification. Also known as arteriosclerosis, which is hardening of the arteries.

    Too much Calcium can cause:
    ▪️Angina pectoris,
    ▪️High blood pressure,
    ▪️Kidney stones,
    ▪️Asthma,
    ▪️Headaches,
    ▪️Arrhythmia,
    ▪️Arteriosclerosis 
    ▪️Stroke

    The ratio between Ca and Mg should be 1:1, but today it ranges from between 5:1 to 15:1 depending how much artificial food products people eat. Everything that is made in a fabric is for the most time fortified with inorganic Ca.

    In order for the body to be able to take up the Ca from the food it needs Vitamin D. So it’s a good thing to check your vitamin D level as well. But I can tell you that if you live in a Nordic country, you need to supplement with vitamin D.

    There is a little trick you can do to see what I mean. J Take a glass of water. Empty a capsule of Ca into the glass. You will see that a lot of the Ca will sit at the bottom of the glass. Now, take a capsule of Mg and empty it into the glass and see what will happen in front of your eyes.

    The Ca suddenly becomes water-soluble and vanishes before your eyes.

    Did you know that Fluoride, which is a common substance in a lot of synthetic drugs, depletes the Mg reserves in your body? Check the ingredient list of your drugs…

    Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency:

    There are different kinds of Magnesium on the market. For instance, Magnesium oxide, which is only 4 % absorbed…

    Then we have Epsom salt that is Magnesium sulphate, which is best to put in your bath- tub and soak in. When taken orally, you get diarrhea, and mostly used when doing a liver-and-gallbladder cleanse. Magnesium citrate is another.

    The best Magnesium on the market is a product called ReMag®, which you’ll find in online stores. Taking it together with Re Myte®, which has 12 other minerals, works in synergy with the Mg in ReMag. It’s a good thing to take them together.

    ReMag® is a liquid and you take it accordingly in 1 liter/1 quart of water:

    ➤ 1 tsp. = 300 mg Magnesium

    ➤ 2 tsp. = 600 mg Magnesium

    ➤ 3 tsp. = 900 mg Magnesium

    ➤ 4 tsp. = 1200 mg Magnesium

    Start with 1 tsp. in 1 liter of water and sip it through the day.

    After a week you can take 2 tsp. in 1 liter of water and sip through the day. Everybody is more or less deficient in Mg, so start with a little and work your way up until you feel comfortable.     THE TIME IN HISTORY WHEN THE WORLD HELD ITS BREATH

    Now is the time for a new blog and contemplation.

    Today is the first day of our total lockdown here in the BVI and it’s also the first day of the rest of our life. What are you going to do with this opportunity?

    For me it’s not so different from my normal day-to-day life, but for most people it’s a huge difference. Suddenly they have all the time in the world… What will they do with it?

    Some will park themselves in the sofa in front of the TV with a big bowl of popcorn or crisps, waiting to be programmed.

    Others will go bananas, feeling like climbing the walls, because suddenly they’ve got a lot of time to kill, and they can’t do what they normally do, and they will feel confronted by having to be with themselves or with family 24/7.

    I just love it. The silence, the stillness when the world stops, is so soothing. It’s like you almost can touch it. Not to mention the healing of Mother Earth…

    Only the waves crushing against the shores, some birds singing, crickets chirping in the evening and Mozart’s piano concertos all day.

    What strikes me is the inspiration and creativity that suddenly floods the system, and that on the first day. Can you imagine what each and everyone has access to? And will have everyday for quite some time?

    When people start to relax, creativity comes running. Never ever has anyone experienced anything like this, until now.

    Make the most of it! Ask yourself what’s important in your life. Ask if there’s something you can do for others even if it’s just a telephone call. Read the book you never had time to read, paint or draw a picture, clean the house, sit in the sun every day for a while to get some vitamin-D, get rest, go to bed earlier and wake up refreshed. Challenge yourself!!

    We were never meant to be little slaves running around in the rat race called living.

    I call it existing.

    For most people, the longest journey is from their brain to their heart.

    How long is your journey?

    SIMPLIFYING LIFE

    Here I sit in my lovely space in paradise, a tiny speck in the universe. Totally unimportant to anyone else.

    It’s a fabulous simple life. Yes, simple. I only want to simplify my life. Too many people complicate their lives… To what end?

    We think we are so important. ☺ We a r e important and at the same time not. We are one. The only thing that counts now, and always has counted, is the amount of love we have given and felt. How much we care.

    How much do you care about your fellow humans?

    People ask me; why don’t you buy the house you are living in? Why don’t you buy your car that you rent?

    And I tell them; why would I? I can’t take anything with me when I leave this planet. The only thing I can bring to the next realm is my experiences.

    Simplifying my life is to waste as little energy on the small things in life that just should function. Like paying gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, water, service the car, buy new tires, repair damages etc. etc. I don’t have to think about that at all. It’s all included. That frees up a lot of energy that you can use for other purposes.

    I often wonder why people are so obsessed with owning things? I never understood that. It’s like they think their value is measured in stuff. The more you own, the more maintenance. When are you going to enjoy life? Most people I know who have a lot of possessions aren’t at all happier than I am.

    Go with the flow in life! Don’t try to push things in a certain direction that y o u have decided. What if the universe has something grander in store for you that you’ll actually miss?

    Dare to trust that the universe has your back, always… Because it has. But most people are inpatient and are scared if they are not in control.

    Use your pull-energy instead of your push-energy and great things will happen in your life. It takes way less energy and is way more fun!

    DURING HURRICANE DORIAN

    During hurricane Dorian August 28, 2019

    It’s been a while since I wrote a blog, but a lot has happened since last time. Since April I live full time in the West Indies that I have longed for a very long time.

    SO! What can you do on a hurricane day in the West Indies?

    Power is out, of course, since 2 hours. The wind and the rain are howling and the trees are bumping into my house.

    But it’s kind of cozy though, despite the fact that it is a hurricane. Fortunately not as bad as Irma and Maria in 2017. Right now I think we are in the eye of the storm, because it has become way calmer but it’s only the calm before the storm. I am sitting inside and I have time to contemplate on what’s important in this life. Having one gin tonic, having two gin tonics, almonds, pen and paper. What else do you need?

    Well, fresh fruits, water, candles and a sound mind. No use being worried, that’s counterproductive. Passport, work permit, wallet and cash in a zip lock bag, in case of…

    The only thing that would be nice would to have company, but my own company works too. I actually like my own company.

    I really love living here. You can’t take anything for granted, which keeps you and everybody else on their toes.

    This morning we had fifty shades of gray. Now it’s only one shade of gray; the color of rain.

    The wind is picking up and the noise is eerie. It’s the kind of noise that penetrates your soul.

    It makes me wonder about people’s priorities in life. Living on a rock in the West Indies makes you humble. You have to come down to the nitty-gritty of what is important in life.

    For me this is what is most important in life:

    #1 HEALTH

    Your health is your wealth as I always say. If you don’t have your health it doesn’t matter how much money you’ve got. To have health you have to accumulate:

    #2 KNOWLEDGE

    Knowledge can be about everything really. For me it’s about being a pupil of life. You can read a lot of stuff, but if you don’t make it “your own” you are just going to repeat what others have said. You have to “own” it, make it yours and practice it every day. For me that is wisdom; living your knowledge if it resonates with you.

    #3 LOVE

    Love has the highest frequency vibration in the universe.

    Firstly, love yourself. Not many people do that nowadays. Secondly, love the rest of the world. Sounds bonkers?? I’m not referring to the love between two couples. I’m referring to the universal love of nature, of animals, the weather, the circumstances in your life, especially the ones we didn’t anticipate, your family, your children, your friends, to the miracles happening in your life, let it be big or small ones. The Trogg’s wrote a song in the -60ies called “Love is all around you” and it’s so true. You just have to see it. Love is energy as everything else. It can never die, only transform into something else, but it can never die.

    #4 GRATITUDE

    For me gratitude is part of love. I’m actually always grateful for the good, the bad and the ugly. It defines me, how I relate to it. It has shaped me into the person I am today. Over the years we have had many different versions of ourselves, but the current version about myself, I like. As my best friend says: Now it’s time for v. 3.0. Life happens, shit happens and it all comes down to, is how we relate to it.

    When something labeled as bad happens, you can either see a bigger picture or just as bad as it looks. I always look at the bigger picture because I’m not smarter than the universe and the universe always delivers the best, so, the worse it looks, the better it gets.

    Every morning and every night I go over the things I’m grateful for. That keeps my energy high.

    #5 KINDNESS

    Why would you not be kind? I never understood that. It doesn’t mean that you let people run you over. Don’t mix up being kind with being nice. That is two different things. Kindness comes from your soul and niceness from your ego. Kindness doesn’t expect anything back, but niceness does.

    Being kind is awesome, being nice is questionable.

    #6 HAVING ALONE-TIME

    In today’s world where you can’t go anywhere without being blasted/bombarded with noise you haven’t asked for, it’s vital with having “silent time”. It’s rape on your ears, so it’s vital to get your alone time. Being in silence actually gets us in contact with the inner source of ourselves. That is why I recommend meditation. When my kids told me when they were small that they were bored, I always said: But that’s perfect! Then you can create what you would like.

    #7 EAT CLEAN/REAL FOOD

    I find it amazing that most of the so-called doctors haven’t got a clue of the impact real food has on the body, (preferably organic). Real food is as nature intended.

    When you switch from “shit-food” to real food you will get your health back, your energy back, your sane brain back. I call it clean food.

    #8 THE POWER OF RISING EARLY; AT THE SAME TIME IN THE MORNINGS

    Rise with the sun in the mornings and go to bed when the sun goes down and you feel sleepy. When we follow the circadian rhythm, our whole body is in sync with the universe.

    #9 LISTEN TO MUSIC

    Music has its own fabulous frequencies. Mind though that different music has different frequencies. Heavy metal music is actually detrimental for our well being, while classical music is very beneficial for us. Everything in between the two, either relates to the first or the second to some degree. Listen to what empowers you! Listen to the music that enhances your frequency. You’ll know which. And preferably they should be tuned to 432 Hz, not 440 Hz.

    #10 LIVING BY SIMPLICITY

    I moved to the West Indies to simplify my life. For one, you don’t need to have layers and layers of clothes. You wake up and choose either a light dress or shorts with a top. Sometimes you’ll need an umbrella, like in the wet season, but other than that you are fine. Here you don’t need a lot of stuff. You actually ARE more than you DO, which I find very relaxing. Everybody is greeting each other in the streets, in the shops, in the banks. It’s a courtesy forgotten in the Western, so called evolutionary, World. They are too convoluted in their own heads and their own importance. Here people actually care.
