Do you know that diabetes has skyrocketed 71 % between 1990-2013 in the US? And between 2001-2009 a 30% increase in children\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>That really tells us something is <em>v e r y<\/em> wrong\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The good news is that you can reverse the symptoms by learning how to eat. It\u2019s funny though that we have to <em>learn<\/em> how to eat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far I have had 19 people at the Clinic that successfully reversed their symptoms and are free of medications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NUMBER 1: <em>Eat the right kind of foods<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It never ceases to amaze me what they serve kids in hospitals who are diagnosed with diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you open the refrigerators they are stacked with FUN LIGHT and other LIGHT products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hospital staffs inform the parents and the kids that they can <strong>\u201clive as usual\u201d. <\/strong>They even recommend in their brochures that the kids should eat donuts, muffins, Frostie\u2019s, potato chips and Mac and cheese! In my world this is criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The best foods you can eat when you have gotten diabetes are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FRUITS<\/strong><em>:<\/em>&nbsp; Yes, you can eat fruits, especially berries like <em>cranberries, cherries, black currant, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries.<\/em> <em>Apples, grape fruits, kiwis, papayas, oranges, lemons, limes<\/em> are just fine too. All fruits contain phytonutrients called anthocyanins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conventionally grown foods are devoid of nutrients, so I always recommend supplementing with Juice Plus+ to fill the gap of what we eat and what we need per day in terms of nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VEGGIES: <\/strong>All veggies, but <em>leafy greens<\/em> are especially good. Like <em>spinach, kale, Pak Choy, all cabbage like broccoli, cauliflower, parsnips, carrots, lettuce etc. etc. <\/em>They are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients that the body needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ONIONS: <\/strong>Onions and garlic are full of chromium for one thing, which is a regulator of blood sugar levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LEGUMES: <\/strong>They are full of fiber and vegetarian proteins. I\u2019m talking about all kind of beans, chickpeas and lentils<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FISH: <\/strong>Wild caught salmon and cod are very beneficial. They contain omega-3 fatty acids that are vital for maintaining healthy insulin levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>S<\/em>PICES: <\/strong>For instance cinnamon; It is known to regulate blood sugar levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NUMBER 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>How to combine the foods are KEY<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NEVER <\/strong>mixanimal proteins like<em> meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese and dairy <\/em>with carbs like<em> potato, rice, pasta or bread <\/em>in the same meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want animal protein, eat it with salads, veggies and mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want carbs, eat it with salads, veggies and mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FATS: <\/strong>Real fats like <em>organic butter, real organic cold pressed olive oil, avocado oil, organic cold pressed coconut oil, Ghee,<\/em> which is clarified butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NUMBER 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stay away from these foods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All refined carbs:<\/strong> like <strong>soda pops, breakfast cereals, pasta, white breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, donuts, snack chips, crackers and white rice. <\/strong>They aren\u2019t called fast carbohydrates for nothing. What that means is that the glucose creates surges of blood sugar in your bloodstream that spikes very fast and plummets as fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Artificial sweeteners: <\/strong>They are a scourge! MSM convinces us that it is healthy for us! No sugar! Zero sugar! They are <em>e x t r e m e l y<\/em> dangerous. You have probably heard of Aspartame?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is converted into wood alcohol when broken down\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to researchers they can cause Alzheimer\u2019s, Fibromyalgia, Epilepsy, Brain tumours, Parkinson\u2019s, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NUMBER 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How you can help the body more<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cleanse your body<\/strong> from the inside twice a year. You are probably very good at changing oil and filter in your car? So why don\u2019t you give your body the same attention?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Take probiotics.<\/strong> It is the good bacteria in your gut. We have too little of them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eat Juice Plus+ capsules<\/strong>.
